Knitting Weather

It pouring cats and dogs since last night, the perfect weather for curling up on the sofa in front of the tv and knit. Too bad there is still work, school, and swimming practices (they are wet anyway, right?)



I made this scarf with Mountain Colors Twizzle and I so love the yarn and the color. I am usually not a fan of Montain Colors yarns, I found their mohair really itchy and their sock yarn too thin, but this one is a keeper. I would make a cardigan out it if I had the budget for it.

Since it is October and it is raining, thoughts go to holiday knitting. There is no way I am going to make 12 sweaters this year (I have 3 or 4 done, depending how I count), so I have decided to stop trying. I will fix Ingenue, I will finish the White Sparkling Shrug for Principessa, and than that's it. I may get around to knit Fence before the end of the year.
