I believe it's a cool idea, but $27.95 is almost 4 balls of this, or a skein of this, or almost enough for this. I rather buy yarn than pencil or bumper stickers - well, I rather almost anything than a bumper sticker.

Well the other reason for joining is the 10% discount given to members who shop at charter stores. I just joined as a charter store, I don't think she's updated the site yet. I will also carry the pencils, et al at the store. Have a good time in San Diego.
